How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
